Arch Square

Arch Square is the redevelopment of multiple historic buildings adjacent to the historic Chinatown Arch and the Gallery Square Metro Station. The buildings have been transformed into 30,431 SF of convenience retail and 25,000 SF of office space. Arch Square completes the redevelopment of Washington, DC's most vibrant pedestrian intersection home to approximately 250,000 workers and 40,000 commuters daily.

At over $2,000 PSF, the sale of Arch Square set an all-time record in the Washington, DC market.
