be pursued within the framework of a Strategy Document.

• We understand the responsibility placed upon us as a team member. When a project is
underperforming, not meeting initial expectations or is maligned in the press, we know it is not the
contractor, or attorney, or brokerage firm, or financing underwriter, or tenant roster who shoulders the
blame; it is the owner and/or developer and as such, we know that our role as Sponsor/ Team leader
will reflect on the future of our partners investment. This is a responsibility we relish.
