CLAYTON MCCAFFERY, Retail Leasing
Mr. McCaffery is the Vice President of Leasing and is directly responsible for the creation of new business, new project marketing, and leasing. Previously with Mid-America Real Estate Group in Chicago and Liberty Greenfield in Denver, Mr. McCaffery has more than nine years experience representing owners’ and tenants’ real estate interests. Clayton earned a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

PETER TSAI, Finance
Mr. Tsai is the Director of Finance and is responsible for financial analysis of existing developments as well as structuring for new opportunities.  Before joining McCaffery Interests, he was a project manager at Wilson Meany Sullivan, where he developed mixed-use urban projects.  Prior to WMS, he worked as an associate in RREEF’s Development/Value-Add Group, where he was responsible for the financial analysis and due diligence for existing and prospective projects.  Peter was also an investment banker in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Banc of America Securities.  Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master in Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management.  

CONNIE BROWN, Accounting
Ms. Brown is the Director of Accounting and Control at McCaffery Interests. She is responsible for maintaining MI’s accounting records and for accurate and timely reporting to financial partners. Connie has worked in the financial side of residential and commercial real estate for 14 years. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Robert Morris College.

JENNIFER ZELLNER FARON, Asset Management
Ms. Faron is the Vice President of Asset Management for MI’s portfolio of residential, retail and office properties. She oversees the financial and operational performance of over 2,000,000 square feet of residential, retail and office space and over 1,000 apartments. She has over 10 years of experience in real estate investment and management. Prior to joining McCaffery Interests, Jennifer was a partner in a company she formed to invest in and develop properties in Chicago. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration in real estate finance and investment from DePaul University in Chicago.

CARLTON DIEHL, Property Management
Mr. Diehl is the Vice President of Property Management. He is responsible for the operations and performance of all residential, retail, office and industrial properties managed by McCaffery Interests. Most recently Carlton served as President and COO of the Cafritz Company, directing all aspects of the company’s activities and operations, including business development and strategic initiatives. Carlton has been active in real estate and portfolio management in the Washington, DC area for over 20 years. Prior to Cafritz Company, Carlton served as Vice President for Charles E. Smith Commercial Realty, where he was responsible for the overall operation and performance of its third party portfolio of more than 30 office, retail and residential properties.
