The Morgan at Loyola Station

The Morgan at Loyola Station is LEED®-certified at the silver level by the United State Green Building Council. This sustainable development contains 152 residential apartments, 33,000 sf of retail and 205 parking stalls. The project was completed in June 2009 to popular acclaim and has enjoyed high occupancy levels ever since. This transit-oriented development is located adjacent to the elevated train and multiple bus lines on two parcels of land across from Loyola University Chicago in the walkable Rogers Park neighborhood.
