The Morgan at Loyola Station

The Morgan at Loyola Station is the first mixed-use residential building in Rogers Park designed to meet LEED standards. The Morgan will feature 152 residential apartments, 33, 000 square feet of retail, 195 parking spaces, and was completed in June 2009.  The project consists of two parcels adjacent to Loyola University and is just a few blocks from Lake Michigan, at the corner of Sheridan Road and Arthur Avenue in Rogers Park.
