DANIEL MCCAFFERY

Mr. McCaffery is a partner, the founder and President of McCaffery Interests. As such, he is responsible for overall executive management, strategic direction and leadership. Other specific responsibilities include new business creation and enhancement and expansion of tenant and financial partner relationships. Dan has more than 27 years experience in the real estate industry and has led the development of more than $1 billion of mixed-use urban projects. Before forming McCaffery Interests, he worked with Oxford Properties, one of the largest and most successful Canadian real estate companies, in Canada and the US where he was Senior Vice President responsible for its Midwest and Mountain Operations. Dan has been very active with the Urban Land Institute, participating on panels, serving as a Council Member and on the Jury Awards Selection Committee. Mr. McCaffery was educated in Ireland and Canada and earned a Bachelor of Physical Education and a Master of Arts from the University of Alberta.

EDMUND WOODBURY

Mr. Woodbury is a partner and is responsible for all aspects of project budgeting, construction and tenant coordination. Mr. Woodbury is a registered architect and he spent 7 years with the Chicago office of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill in various senior design and management positions. Ed held senior positions in Oxford Properties, BCE Development before joining McCaffery Interests. He has been active in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. Ed is also active in his community, having served on his zoning board, plan commission and is a former Trustee and the current President of the village in which he resides. Mr. Woodbury received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from the University of Illinois.

JUAN CAMERON

Mr. Cameron is a partner and is responsible for the leasing and acquisition of properties. He joined McCaffery after a very successful career with Randall Hagner, a regional diversified real estate brokerage firm in Washington, D.C. Juan has been active in the real estate business for 24 years. Mr. Cameron attained a Bachelor of Arts at Boston University.

ANGELA WOOLFOLK

Ms. Woolfolk is a partner and the Chief Operating Officer for McCaffery Interests. She is responsible for all aspects of the financial operation of the company as well as communication with financial partners. Ms. Woolfolk has worked over 14 years in the industry after a career at Coopers & Lybrand (currently known as Price Waterhouse Coopers). Angela is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois.

CLAYTON MCCAFFERY

Mr. McCaffery is the Vice President of Leasing and is directly responsible for the creation of new business, new project marketing, and leasing. Previously with Mid-America Real Estate Group in Chicago and Liberty Greenfield in Denver, Mr. McCaffery has more than nine years experience representing owners’ and tenants’ real estate interests. Clayton earned a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

DAVE MARTA

Mr. Marta is Director of Finance and is responsible for financial analysis for existing developments as well as deal structuring for new opportunities. Prior to joining McCaffery, he worked for five years at LaSalle Bank in the Real Estate Capital Markets Division. Dave earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Iowa.

CONNIE BROWN

Ms. Brown is the Director of Accounting and Control at McCaffery Interests. She is responsible for maintaining MI’s accounting records and for accurate and timely reporting to financial partners. Connie has worked in the financial side of residential and commercial real estate for 14 years. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Robert Morris College.

TINA HAMOR

Ms. Hamor is the Director of Residential Management at McCaffery Interests. As such, she is responsible for residential market research, marketing and leasing of products in development, as well as overseeing the operations of stabilized properties. Tina has worked for 20 years in residential real estate including 7 years at RREEF and 2 years heading her own firm, Marketing Concepts.
