Domicile Furniture also sign leases at THE MARKET PLACE

the owner of 2900 Wilson LLC., announced today that The Cheesecake
Factory (www.thecheesecakefactory.com) has signed a lease for12,600 SF
of space in The Market Place located at 2900 Wilson Boulevard
at the corner of Clarendon Boulevard and North Fillmore Street in
Arlington, Virginia. The Market Place will open Fall 2003.
The Cheesecake Factory is known for its distinctive
architecture, stylish décor, superior service and an extensive,
innovative menu of more than 200 items with generous portions at
moderate prices. The Market Place will be The Cheesecake
Factory's fourth location in the Washington, DC area.
In addition, to The Cheesecake Factory, La Tasca
Spanish Tapas Bar & Restaurant and Domicile furniture have also signed

LaTasco's first location in the United States will be The Market
Place. La Tasca will serve more then 30 tapas dishes, paellas and
