Gary Kachadurian, Formerly With Deutsche Bank Real Estate, To Join
Award-Winning Development Firm Mccaffery Interests, Inc.
September 28, 2005 - Dan McCaffery, Founder and
President of McCaffery Interests, Inc., is pleased to announce
that Gary Kachadurian has joined the firm. In his role as Partner,
Gary will provide strategic oversight and leadership as McCaffery
seeks to expand its efforts in acquisition, property management and
development.
Gary was most recently with Deutsche Bank Real Estate
where he was Global Managing Director for New Business Initiatives.
Gary was formerly in charge of the National Acquisitions Group and
Value-Added and Development lines of business at RREEF, one of the
largest pension fund advisors in the US, from 1999 to 2002. He served
as a member of RREEF’s Policy Committee and Investment Committees.
Prior to joining RREEF, Gary was the Midwest Regional Operating
Partner for Lincoln Property Company, developing and managing
apartment communities in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Kansas and
Pennsylvania.
