The Market Common, Myrtle Beach
October 11, 2005 – McCaffery Interests,

announce they have finalized the terms of a business agreement with
Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant Group, Inc. of Chattanooga,
Tennessee (www.gordonbiersch.com)
to open a location at The Market Common, Myrtle Beach located in
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, scheduled to open 2007. The restaurant
will be 8,500 square feet with a working brewery and outdoor patio
seating and will be the first restaurant for Gordon Biersch in the
state of South Carolina.

Founded in 1988, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurants offer a
sophisticated casual dining setting serving premium quality food and
authentic handcrafted German lagers. The brewery restaurants serve
multi-ethnic dishes created to complement the lagers brewed strictly in
accordance with the German Purity Law, Reinheitsgebot (Rine-HEIGHTS-g (shwaw)
– boat). This is the 1516 German Purity Law that mandates the use of only
malt, hops, water and yeast in the brewing process.
Hearty main dishes include fresh fish, beef selections,
traditional pastas and stir-fry, flavorfully spiced. Gordon Biersch chefs
also develop special menus for each brewery restaurant based on local
cuisine and seasonal availability of the freshest ingredients. Gordon
Biersch Brewery Restaurant Group, Inc. operates a total of 25 locations.
